Before you can access, please make sure you have Computer specification like this.
 
1. Your internet speed must  be at least 256K or higher
2. Your computer must have antivurs such as Norton(Symantec),Mcafee,AVG....and always update.
3. Before access Thaisphere, please turn off your computer's  firewall (  at control panel/securitu center/firewall)
4. Connect your computer to Internet
5. At address bar  key in  http://tgsslvpn.thaiairways.com
6. your computer  will show up 6 menus
 
    1. windows 2000/xp
    2.  windows vista
    3.  mac os
    4. windows moble 5
    5. load java 1.5
    6. load aventail
 
Please click  1 ( if your computer run by windows  xp ) wait for its to download complete
          (or click 2 if your computer run by  windows vista)
 
          click  5 wait for java download complete ( if you already have this java version, no need to click )
           click 6  wait for aventail download complete
 
Pleae be patient with this three steps  as it may take time because it depends on your internet speed .
After you finish these three steps, you will see one icon  name " ngsetup "
 
7. Double click at ngsetup icon
8. Aventail vpn connection setup wizard will show up - click next
9. Fill in blank form with  thaispace.thaiairways.com click next
10. Fill in tg  click refresh / and click next.
11. click finish.  Now you will see icon VPN show up on screen.
12. double click at icon vpn connection.
13. fill in  your user id and password.
